There are 3 reasons why a rank might not have been assigned in KCET:

1. 12th marks missing
2. You must have marked the code inversion wrong
3. Revaluation of your 12th means your marks must have changed and a new rank needs to be assigned.

But do not worry about it. Login to the KCET official website with your login credentials and upload your QE marks and you will be assigned a rank. Few Candidates have done that as well and so there is a provision to upload your QE marks even now.
