BIT Patna has quite a good record for placements since it is an extension centre of BIT Mesra. All three branches you have mentioned have decent placement opportunities. However, as a college BIT Patna is not upto the mark. The infrastructure, faculty and studies are just average.

BITS is one of the most top college in private college list. Placement is good. If you can get an admission in CSE or ECE then that would be good. The college is also good for higher studies. If you are getting the opportunity then better to grab it. College is very good and helps to prepare you for industry.
