Assuming you are from General category the cut off for General or Unreserved Category is 25% of total marks. There is no prescribed cut off for SC/ST candidates. Now coming to your query of getting in M.Pharm in Andhra University through AP PGECET, I am sorry to announce that the previous year cut off rank for Unreserved category was 30. So with your rank of 89 it may not be possible to get college admission. However do not lose hope. Participate in the counselling and see what transpires. Hope this was helpful!
