• Indian Institute of Information Technology(IIIT) which are main central government funded having national importance are IIIT allahabad, IIIT kancheepuram, IIIT jabalpur & IIIT gwalior.All 4 of them take students through jossa counselling that is through your jee mains rank.
• Indian Institute of Information Technology(IIIT) which are PPP(private & public funded) they are state government with any private company partnership.I don’t know exact number but there approx 13–14 these type of IIIT which admit student through jossa counselling( jee mains rank).
• Now last type of IIIT is private its first I is not Indian its International(not necessary).IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT bhubaneswar, IIIT delhi are private they take students through there counselling not through jossa. So as they conduct there private counselling so some like IIIT hyderabad,IIIT bhubaneswar consider jee mains score but IIIT delhi consider jee mains rank and admit through JAC counselling.
