Hello dear student

  • There are two quotas in Jossa counselling. -Home State (HS) Quota : In NITs, 50% of the seats are reserved for this quota.
  • 50% seats are reserved for candidates eligible for home state quota and the rest 50% seats are reserved for other state candidates.
  • Home State Quota is the reservation for candidates who belong to the state where the NIT is located.

  • -Other State (OS) Quota : Under this quota , there is nearly 50% reservation of seats for candidates belonging to all other states and Union Territories excluding the Home state.
