Hi Aspirant
There are several colleges In aligarh which offers diploma in CS .Some of the prominent being :

Shri Giriraj Kumari Adarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya.
Mangalayatan University
Vivekananda College of Polytechnic
Galgotias University
Mahamaya Polytechnic For Information Technology

These are some of the good colleges for diploma courses.However most of the colleges takes admission based on the marks scored in 10th standard.However some colleges upheld entrance examination.So it really depends on college to college.
