No. First you have to complete your civil engineering course after that you can join BA in interior designs.

your eligible to apply for Interior Designing course after complete your Diploma in Civil Engineering course.
You may apply for following degrees like ,
1.B.A Hons (Interior Designing)
2.B.arch (Interior Designing)
3.B.Des (Interior Designing)
4.B.sc (Interior Designing)
