Yes, you can get  seat in PES University, Bangalore through Karnataka pgcet exam. Coming to the cutoff part, the rank cutoff for MBA for General Category can be expected in 2019 to be around 115, for ST around 530 and for SC the rank expected can be around 1200. If we talk about MCA the rank cutoff can be expected to be around 480 for General Category, approx imately 4000 for ST and 3300 for SC.
