you have to score atleast 60% aggregate in PCM along with a atleast qualifying marks in JEE Mains and a good Rank in JEE Advance for getting a seat in IIT Hyderabad.

IIT Hyderbad offers admission on the basis of rank in JEE Advance and JEE MAINS is just qualifying in nature.

See for getting admissioned in the IIT HYDERABAD u should be clearing the JEE ADVANCED exam for pursuing ur btech career there. About ur marks in PCM u should be having 75% aggregate in the boards to be eligible for the JEE mains rank rank and for applying for JEE ADVANCED.
