Hi Nagendra Kumar,

\Yes, you can participate for the 15% AIQ quota in your state if you have scored well enough to get a seat through that quota. But, what I feel is applying through the 85% state quota in your own state wherein if you have domicile and have completed class 10th and 12th is beneficial than applying for AIQ in your own state. You get benefits of reserved category seats if you belong to any, and also the cutoff is slightly less than AIQ.
