Usually 1 Year Executive Programs, might not necessarily require a GMAT Score, provided you have a strong profile, backed by a strong work experience in Government of India. However, it again varies with Universities. GMAT is compulsary you may have to produce the score with the Application. Incase youre targeting a Full Time Program, you might necessarily require GMAT Score.
