Sorry. I think you have some misunderstanding here. JEE Mains is the entrance exam and students can apply to the NITs or IIITs as well as CFTIs on the basis of the ranks they get in JEE Main. The college marks have no bearing on the JEE Main. So essentially no. IPE marks will not be considered in JEE Main.

Secondly, you can apply for JEE Main only if you have completed class 12 or equivalent in PCM. There are age limitations too.

Any problem while getting seat in NIT do they consider MPC persentage as 75% or not..?? Do they consider language's in persentage..?

As far as I know they say 75% in class 12 which means all included and not just PCM. However getting 75% is just one criteria. You should also have secured a very good rank in JEE Main
