Hello,
The merit list for VITEEE 2021 will be prepared based on the marks scored in the entrance examination. The scores are converted to percentile score normalising the marks based on the top score, least score, total number of candidates appeared, etc. A rank list is prepared based on the percentile scores of the candidate. The percentile scores are used to determine the rank. The admission is done based on the rank secured by the candidate. Hello Aspirant,
As we know that VITEEE 2021 will be conducted in three sessions in remote proctored mode, in which 1st session is on May 28th, 2nd session is on May 29th and 3rd session is on May 31st, so the percentile method is very effective method for those exams which are conducted in multiple shifts and hence VITEEE 2021 rank list will be declared on the basis of the percentiles scored by the candidates. Due to multiple shifts there is possibility that some shifts are easy but some are difficult so to remove this difference and for fair result the percentile system has been adopted.
VITEEE 2021 result will be declared after successful completion of examination on the official website of VIT which is given below :-
