IIST

doesn't offer any course in M.Tech. in ECE stream. So you can check the courses available on the official web portal of

IIST

.

Also, application forms will be issued in the first week of April 2018, by checking your eligibility criteria

here

, you can apply for M.Tech. course.

I think control engineer and vlsi and RF ...etc are available through GATE score ????

What could be the cut off to get selected (i know minimum cut off to apply but what could be cut off to definitely get into IIST) share ur geuss....

M.Tech in ECE program is not available in IIST.
