Students of OU are considered as local students.Once go through,

apeamcet.nic.in u'll find all the required information

Hi Tanvi,

No OU comes under TSEAMCET. so OU is considered as local for telanagana eamcet and it comes under tseamcet category as AP is an separate state now it doesnt consider OU as its local college if you want to get into OU you must have to write TSEAMCET as well.
