According to the IIM Rohtak placement report for 2022, the placement drive engaged more than 80 firms. Several firms, including Cognizant, Deloitte, ICICI Bank, and many others, took part in the placement drive. Overall, 45% of students were hired in the consulting industry. In the 2020–22 placement drive, IIM Rohtak provided students with an average package worth Rs. 16,06,000 annually.
