No,PWD quota in VIT and manipal.For joining  VIT you need to get good marks in entrance exams.

In most of the private university there is no such quota is available for any one.

If you want to admission in these university by two ways direct or by entrance exam. If you secured good marks in entrance exam. Than they give you the scholarship upto 100% refund or less in tution fees.
