Let me tell you yes,Meerut is in Delhi NCR,and for taking admission in IPU,you should have Valid CLAT score then only you will be Called For Counselling it,all depends on your Score,you might be get some relaxation due to Delhi-NCT candidate which has reservation of 85% in IPU,and rest of all india is only 15%,so it will be good chances for you.
