If you are an other state student ,then you dont need domicile if you get jadavpur university.for rest govt colleges,domicile is mandatory

As per WBJEEE eligibility criteria, candidate must be a domicile of West Bengal to take admission in government colleges of the state. Students from states other than West Bengal can take admission to various State aided and self-financing B.Tech institutes.
