First of all its your interest, which branch you want to take and pursue studies in it, if branch isn't a case, and if you are flexible with any branch then you can go for dtu ene\biotech because dtu campus is better than usct, talking about placements ,then usct chemical has average placements with 3-4 companies coming to the campus every year ,for biotechnology in dtu, the campus placements are not so par mostly get placed in the IT sector, for ENE branch you can opt for higher studies. 

So now decision Is yours.
