Dtu conducts its own entrance exam for admission in btech lateral entry which is called dtu lateral entry entrance test(leet). Lateral entry is for admission in btech 2nd year and btech lateral entry will be of 3years. If you want to take admission there than you should have a diploma of a 3 year program from a recognised institute which is its main eligiblity criteria. The minimum aggregate marks for admission in btech lateral entry is 60% in all the six semesters.
