First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance that you deserve both of the nice colleges and I would like to tell you that ajay kumar garg is always better than iert but if you think of branch then electrical engineering is core branch unlike EEE. So if you are interested in EEE then choose ak garg else iert is not bad. So choose smartly considering my views.
