Hi Raushan,
Based on your rank you have high chances of getting a seat in mechanical or electrical branch in Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, Allahabd because based on last year's record their closing rank for mechanical branch in General category was around 12900 and for electrical branch it was around 14500 for general category.
