As per the official website, application forms hasn't yet released for postgraduate courses in Rajasthan University, due to covid pandemic academic schedules are being revised hence may be the delay, you can stay updated at the official website at https://www.uniraj.ac.in  for more details regarding this.

Admission to pg program is based on 70% weightage given to admission test and remaining 30% to academic scores.
