Yes, you are eligible.you will be placed in good NITs based the percentage you got in JEE main. But you won't get good IITs which are mostly preferred.because they consider the 12th board exam percentage which should be minimum 60 and above.And in IIITs too they check 12th board exam percentage.If you get 990 and above marks in 12th board exam you will be taken directly into IIITs.

Yes, dear, you are eligible for NIT, IIT, IIIT because on 2017 onwards NIT and IIIT, IIT admission based on your jee mains or jee advanced score totally higher marks you get a higher chance of getting good colleges. So focus more on getting higher marks in jee.
