5. DIT University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
6. JSSATE, Noida, Uttarpradesh
7. MUIT Noida, Uttarpradesh.

All of these institutions have fees less than or at par with 6-8 lakhs. However, you have to look out for accomodation in some cases.
