Hello!

So between NMIMS Mumbai or DY Patil school of architecture NMIMS is better as it has modern campus and has good placement records But if you are looking for slightly more affordable option than DY Patil is also good for you.

Based on your NATA score that is 79 you can consider these colleges:

1. Rizvi College of Architecture

2. L.S. Raheja School of Architecture

3. IES College of Architecture

4. Aditya College of Architecture
