YMCA is way better than IPU. Lots of placement opportunities in YMCA and good companies visit YMCA.Being an IPU student the average package for IT firms is around 3.5Lpa.
Also YMCA is an old college whereas IPU is fairly new college if you want to stay in delhi then go for USCIT. In the end both are of same tier.
