With reference to your query, I would like to inform you that CET is common entrance test conducted by different universities or state for admssion into different courses of different stream . For IT courses like btech,bsc and bca in computer science universities conduct their entrance test(CET) for admission . So their are some universities which are not very poplular and give you admission without test . I would advise you to go for good Nirf ranked univeristies by giving their respective cet
