Unfortunately,  you can't consider the marks of functional english to calculate your aggregate percentage of Best four subjects,  you have to include core language,  be it english or any other language.

The way to calculate bfs is add up 1language+ biology (since you want to pursue zoology) + 2top scoring subjects.
English /Hindi will be considered as language.
