let me clear your doubt. Yes to take admission in madras university for msc in biochemistry you have to give entrance exam conducted by madras university. And you can apply form  online by visiting the University website by paying an application fee of INR 354/-, (i.e. INR 300 + 18% GST of INR 54/-) through online mode.
