Hello dear,
After clearing your cut off you need to take print out of the college application form which is available on the Delhi University admission portal and all the important documents. These documents need to be  submitted in the college for verification. After verification of documents you will be able to pay the fees.
For calculating cutoff percentage of economics honors you have to include four subjects- one language, maths and other two best scoring subjects.
