Forensic science is the application of scientific principles and techniques to matters of criminal justice especially as relating to the collection, examination, and analysis of physical evidence. Forensic Science is a multidisciplinary subject, it consists of various fields of science such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Law, Psychology, Social Science, IT, etc. This field is related to legal administration. In India, you can pursue a BSc degree in forensic science from various colleges like:-

Many institutes conduct entrance such as Amity or DU, rest you can apply directly on merit basis and get a seat in the particular college for BSc forensic science.

After BSc, you can give government entrance exams for masters and can pursue ma aster's forensic science. Most of the vacancies in India in this line are for masters students. You can also work as a teacher in forensics after Ph.D.
