Prashant, PWD is a horizontal reservation within NEET reservation system. For example, if you belong to OBC Categor, then because you have PWD quota, you will be considered as OBC-PWD. Even with this reservation, 400 will still be a lesser score. You will need atleast 500-550 in NEET if you want a seat under All India Counselling. You might need even 575 for Rajasthan State Counselling. This is based on previous year cut offs. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
