You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category considering the previous year cut off it is quite difficult to get seat in Computer Science Engineering in an IIT. You need to secure rank under 3000 to get seat in CSE in an IIT. But you may have chances to get seat in other disciplines in IIT based on previous year cut off in round 6 of JoSAA counselling
