Hey there, You have scored 277 marks in NEET and you also belong to  Defence Ward. With, these marks you will not be able to get a seat in MBBS and even in BDS in any good college as your marks are quite low for that. But you can check for the defense ward as 5-10% seats are available in government as well as private colleges and you can check there but there are fewer chances of yours.
