Hello Yogendra,

You have a pretty good rank in JEE - Advanced and you might get any IIT you desire. IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi are the best and top ranking IITs but getting Computer Science Engineering branch is very difficult because the cutoff is pretty high. So now you can either chose to get into the top IITs but you might have to compromise CSE branch or if you are totally into CSE branch you can choose a bit lower ranked IIT.

All The Best.

Dear student ,
Both the iit's are the best institutions  whether iit bombay or delhi .  The contents for the degree will be the same , both will lead you to a good placement in a company  , so choose the institution which you want to go.
The computer science in every iit institution is the best , so choose what prefers you.
