In JEE Main scorecard, you can see there are two ranks. One shows your All India Rank (AIR) and the other shows your rank within your category. You have a good rank and have good chances of getting into an IIIT. You haven't mentioned your Home State and the branch you want to choose. Analysing the previous year data, you can get into a few IIITs with this rank.

IIIT Kurnool
IIIT Dharwad
IIIT Jabalpur

The two ranks available are all India rank and category rank.

All India rank is your rank among the test takers all around the country. There are close to 9 lac test takers in jee main all over India. Your first rank is rank among those candidates.

For the category rank, there are different categories of students for example, sc, st, obc, pwd, general.

Your category rank is the rank among the category of yours. That is for example there are 50000 students of category pwd, then 5000 rank is among these 50k students.

JEE Mains give you two ranks in the result. 1,25,690 is your All India Rank, which means among all the students, appeared for the exam, you stood at 1,25,690th place, and among all the students of your category (Gen., EWS, SC, ST, OBC), you stood at 5009th place.
