Based on the previous years cutoff ranks you can get mechanical and aerospace branch in VIT. According, to your rank you can get a seat in these branches-

VIT University, Vellore-B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai, VIT University-B.Tech. in Fashion Technology
