Hello Shaik,
To get into CSE branch in NIT Warangal you need a rank within 2917 in general quota. Since you have a rank of around 5000 you are not eligible for CSE branch. You can take seat in other branches in NIT Warangal. You can get seat in CSE branch in other top tier NIT and IIIT colleges.

my caste belongs to obc nd based on girls quota also couldnt i get seat in it ?

You did not mention your caste and women quota beforehand.
Yes you will get CSE Branch under OBC and girls quota in NIT Warangal. I thought you were from general category since you did not specify your category.
