For getting Delhi Home State benifits, you need to have:

• Domicile certificate of Delhi
• Passed class 11th and Class 12th from Delhi school

As you are re-appearing for your class 12th from Delhi school, but the duration of the class is only one year. Atleast two to three years stay with And completing senior secondary school in Delhi is required to satisfy the criteria for benifits.

In general, you will not get Delhi Home State quota relaxatations.
