Hello,
Why do you want to quit BSc course?
You can appear for NEET only if you have Biology in your class 12th As per the age requirement, you are eligible as your age is less than 25 years.

HYes, If You satisfy all the eligibility criterion then You can appear for NEET UG, It includes You must have 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in class12th, Your age Must be within 17 Years and 25 Years, If you satisfy above criterion then Go and apply for NEET 2019.

The candidate also passed their earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course

The qualifying examination for neet Is 10+2 or equivalent with PCB and English as core subjects in both 11th and 12th from a recognised board.
