I hope you are doing well, about your question, if you are an applicant belonging to Reserved category than you are eligible for ear marking. In ear marking reserved category students get the choice to select a seat in the General or Reserved Categories. Suppose as a candidate you secures an eligible rank in  All India Rank say above 10 n all because of your achievement you will be given the privilege to pick up a seat of your choice anywhere either in  General Category or perhaps Reserved Category.

Ear making is related to  choosing of a seat it doesn't offer you reduction in fees.
