See it does not matter from which state do you belongs to because in India there are private in each and every state and there is fixed reservation for other state students which is known as All India Quota. You can apply to any of the private college for their management seat in any state but the only condition is that you should qualify the eligibility criteria of that college.

Yes you might need some documents like domicile certificate, Address proof and so on depending upon college requirements because some private colleges have some specific eligibility criteria and formalities so you to take care of that.
