Hi Dear,   acc to the privious year cutoff i think i is very tuff chance of getting mbbs seats  but i think u can try for bds seats dear

You didn't mentioned your category. Cutoffs for Maharashtra are slightly higher. Here are cutoffs for various categories,
.
  • General, 550 to 710
  • OBC, 360 to 480
  • SC, 210 to 360
.
These are the cutoffs of various colleges offering admission. If you come under OBC or SC category you have chances for admission. You can try for private colleges if you are general
