Your chances in colleges like IIITs etc is  extremely low. You should have got at least a rank of around 35k - 39k even for lower IIITs dear.

In 6th round of josaa counselling 2020, 39524 was closing rank for gender-neutral for general category in Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing, Kancheepuram which is one of the lower IIITs and it was for Mechanical Engineering

You may not even qualify jee main

For example,

In 2020, qualifying cutoff for general category was 90.3765335 and jee main 2021 expected qualifying cut off percentile is 90-95 percentile.
