Dear Sir/ Ma'm, with a score of 655, you can get King's George Medical University, Lucknow as it had a cutoff of 613 for the year 2017 for general students. With this cut-off you have chances to get IMS BHU too.  According to sources KGMU is a better choice since it is located in a central location, has only medicine as a course and has well centralised AC lecture theatres. However, every college has spme plus and minus points.

You can get both the colleges.

It will be very difficult to compare the 2 colleges because both of them are top colleges of the country.

Excellent patient flow, faculty, with modern medical facility.

The one thing which can be looked is student intake. It is lesser in bhu hence more teacher student interaction may be possible while kgmc has 250 students in one batch.

Besides this  , it is difficult to compare the two.
