You have good enough score to get electrical engineering in Jadavpur University but it depends upon cut off of Jadavpur University for particular branch . As cut off changes every year , it also depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off etc.

Cut off for electrical branch in Jadavpur University for the year 2018 and 2019 ( general category)

Hence it is difficult to predict college and branch .
