Since it is a very reputed college many big companies visit the campus for placements. Some Companies that visits the campus are Mercedes, Philips, KPMG, Samsung, Google, Intel, HP, L&T, Mitsubishi, Microsoft , Cisco, VMware, PayPal, GE, etc. The packages offered ranges from 5.5-17 lakhs per annum.

Also, Companies that visited for internship are NetApp, Delphi Automotives, , Intel, etc.

Let me first tell you about a very harsh reality - there are only a lmited number of decent mechatronic companies in India.

Mechatronics is offered only by a handful of good universities across India and is quite often treated as aa amalgam of  mechanical and electronics subject (opposed to havingsole mechatronics related subjects ).

If you are thinking about placements, I do not think you should keep expectations high.

But you will find that hardly a proper mechatronics company offers placement and even if they do, they do other categories such as Mechanical, IT , Electrical or Electronics and the most important one Non-Technical which everybody is familiar with.
