Hello sir/mam, am currently in B.A 3rd year,2017-20, and my exam is scheduled In march/April. Most likely in April so am I eligible to apply for PG course, this year? if yes then what should I fill in B.A percentage column.

Yes you will be eligibile to apply for PG admission, you will have to calculate the score till the last semester results which have been published by th college or university. You can even tell appearing final year of option is given. So you can apply for PG course and you will have to prove that you have cleared the exam during admission or start of course.
